U. T. Cox

U. T. Cox, Lawrence County-innovator and developer of new varieties and new methods in apple production. Mr. Cox was a writer, lecturer and pioneer in the use of fertilizer and the development of better markets.

He was the president of the Ohio Horticulture Society. Mr Cox was dedicated in service to his church and his community and remained an active fruit producer until his death at the age of 97 years.
