L. P. Bailey

L. P. Bailey, Belmont County-breeder of Jersey cattle for more than 50 years. He was president of the Ohio Dairyman’s Association for 10 years and secretary for six years member and president of the Ohio Agricultural Commission.

He was a long-time member of the Ohio Livestock Commission and many other agricultural and civic groups.
