F. Edward Seitz

F. Edward Seitz was a pioneer in the Ohio Greenhouse Industry and has promoted the production and sale of field and greenhouse grown vegetables. He started his first green house in 1912 and was declared an Ohio Master Farmer in 1928.

He has served as President of the Ohio Vegetable Growers Association, Board of Supervisors for the Hamilton County Soil Conservation District and the Hamilton County Truck Growers Association. In 1958 he received a citation for his 31 years of service on the Board of Directors of the Florists and Gardeners insurance Company.
