Thank you to everyone who attended the 2026 Spring Meeting! It was an informative and engaging program focused on the complexities of farm transition and the challenges families face when planning for the future. Attendees gained valuable insights on navigating the often difficult middle stages of transition, including stalled plans, family dynamics and maintaining momentum throughout the process. The discussion offered practical perspectives on encouraging productive conversations and supporting farm families toward successful transitions.
We also heard updates from Adam Heffron of the Ohio Expo Center and Marlene Eick of Ohio Farm Bureau, who shared progress and plans for the Ohio State Fairgrounds, along with highlights from ImagineAg, an innovative space designed to educate and engage fair visitors about Ohio agriculture.
