What’s on the Horizon for Ohio’s Electric Power Supply?
Craig Grooms, Chief Operating Officer of Buckeye Power, Inc., will discuss many of the issues that are impacting the electric utility industry in Ohio and the US, along with addressing the growing concerns about grid reliability and what we need to do to prevent the crisis from worsening.

Craig Grooms, Chief Operating Officer of Buckeye Power, Inc., has been with Buckeye Power since 2004. His specific responsibilities include oversight and management of Buckeye’s commercial operations, information technology, power delivery engineering, corporate facilities and reliability compliance. Before joining Buckeye Power, he worked for NRG Energy and Dayton Power & Light in various positions related to energy marketing, electric system operations and natural gas system operations. Craig received a Master of Business Administration degree from Otterbein University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. He is a graduate of the NRECA’s Management Internship Program and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
