The 2022 OAC Fall Meeting is scheduled for November 1 at OSU’s Fawcett Event Center.
The Value of Our Food
The high food prices being experienced by everyone confirm how important it is to shepherd our resources carefully, and this begins by examining how to eliminate waste across the food system so that our scarce natural resources can be converted into the nutrition needed by all Americans. Join us as we hear from panelists: Brian Roe, OSU’s Van Buren Professor; Lisa Hamler-Fugitt, Ohio Association of Foodbanks; and Amy McCormick, Kroger Co. Corporate Affairs Manager.
Joree Novotny, of the Ohio Association of Foodbanks, will moderate this timely discussion.
